F-15 Training Center - Current Programs
Fighter Conditioning mirrors a fighters training camp minus the full contact of sparring. Whether you are a beginner or elite Athlete/Fighter you will get the most out of this workout. If your new or not in great shape to start, it doesn't matter.. we show you easier variations of the same exercise that a fighter would be doing right along side you. You will do dumbbell complexes, medicine ball drills, line exercise heavy bags, F-15 Drills, P.A.T. drills, tripleko combos and cardio combos to name a few. These exercises you will learn and implement into your regular training schedule. ("SMARTER NOT HARDER") is our modo. Weapon Loop Circuit uses the same principles of the F-15 system with the versatility of the fighter conditioning program. With an endless supply of athletic training exercise "The Loop" is time tested and guaranteed to get you results in a few short weeks. You can drop in at anytime when there are no group training sessions to go through the loop. 10am till 2pm are the set hours for the Weapon Loop Circuit. This is the most concentrated 50 minutes of training you will see in the area. So come on down and get the most out your training in half the time. "Train smarter not harder" F-15 drills were developed for our kids program to teach the fundamental mechanics of boxing in a daily 15 minute drill. The program was such a success that we added it to the adult curriculum. The F-15 program was first used in MMA during the filming of seasons one and two of the Ultimate Fighter hit TV show on Spike TV. We have been able to apply F-15 drills to various athletic training regimens with marked improvement. F-15 Kids Boxing
F-15 Private Group is a 10 week training camp which emphasizes the fundamental principles of boxing with up to 10 participants. With up to 4 trainers on the floor, your guaranteed to get the attention you need in order to learn the fundamental drills. We train 3 times per week, sparring at every session, full contact, or situation drills. The Sunday workout is between the hours of 1pm - 3pm. Tuesday and Thursday night training is from 7pm - 9pm, gloves and mouthpiece are required. F-15 Boxing Curriculum is 10 weeks per level, times 3 levels. The primary focus is boxing fundamentals and the drills that cut the learning curve in half. The training is skill oriented with no emphasis on conditioning. If you want to learn boxing, this program is essential to a great foundation. What are you waiting for?
