About the F-15 Training Center FAQ'S Member Policy Our Commitment

Member Policies & Procedures

What To Wear

Workout clothes! Comfortable clothes. We do ask that you designate a separate pair of sneakers/workout shoes specifically for the gym. You can store your street sneakers/shoes and clothes in the locker room. We strongly recommend NOT sharing hand wraps or gloves. We also recommend bringing a towel and ample fluid so you can stay hydrated during your workout sessions.

A Note About Food and Drink in the Gym

Fluid is a must while working out. However, no food is permitted in the workout area. An energizing snack on the sidelines before or after your workout is fine.

A Word About Safety

Sore muscles and aching limbs are a part of staying in peak physical condition. From careful arrangement of the equipment to communicating with you on a regular basis, we make sure that SAFETY is our # 1 PRIORITY every minute of every day. We keep the issues of safety uppermost in our plans. You can count on it! If you have an issue or concern, please let us know immediately. WE WANT TO KNOW!

Children in the Gym

To ensure the highest quality program and the safety of everyone, children are not permitted in the workout areas at any time. When stopping by with a child, please make sure they are fully supervised in the waiting areas. Our goal is ALWAYS to provide the highest quality programs and maintain the safest environment for our members. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Inclement Weather

The F-15 Training Center generally closes only when the city issues an Emergency driving ban. If there is ever a question, please call the gym at 617-269-4641 for a pre-recorded message.

Give It Some Time

Most of our members will tell you that it takes about a month of learning the ropes, coming in and practicing the different exercises, getting tips from our trainers and then practicing some more... before they really feel that they've got the routine down. So if it seems like you're not getting it at first, relax! Just go slow and learn fighter conditioning the Peter Welch way... one fundamental, one technique, one step at a time.

We Want To Know!

We want your time spent here to be the highlight of your week. Seriously! Being healthy makes all the difference in the world in every area of your life. We don't want you to just buy a class pass - we want you to participate in classes and get the most out of each and every one. Read our 5-Point Commitment to you, our customer.

Conduct and Cleanliness

We ask that you be respectful and considerate of others. Our language and our actions should always reflect our culture - "Boxing Evolved..." The locker room and training center is a public area where other people are using the same equipment as you are.

Please make every effort to keep the locker room free of litter. We strongly recommend NOT sharing hand wraps or gloves.

We cannot take responsibility for your personal items. Do not leave valuables out where they may be lost, stolen or damaged.

Keep it neat. Put things back where you found them. Do not leave used towels, clothing or water bottles in or around the workout area. Trash barrels are easily accessible.

In an effort to keep our cleanliness and hygiene standards as high as possible, we do not keep a Lost and Found Bin. If you happen to misplace or leave something behind by accident, please give us a call at the front desk and we will do our best to locate the item for you.

Enrollment Policies and Procedures

Enrollment

The F-15 Training Center offers programs for both males and females to accommodate varying skill levels, abilities and schedules.

Memberships can be purchased either by logging onto our website www.F-15TrainingCenter.com , calling our office 617-BOXING1 or registering at the front desk. We encourage enrollment via our secure website since you can set up your individual student portal to manage your personal information, pay for classes and membership, enroll in classes and get immediate access to promotions, new classes and special events.

Fighter Conditioning Program

Our Fighter Conditioning Program is an instructor-led class that offers you scheduling flexibility. Sign up in increments of 4, 8, or 12 classes. Once you register and pay for your classes in advance, you can either "drop in" and grab an open space, or reserve your spot online in advance for a particular day and time. At your first class you will be given a member key tag that you will need to scan before each class. We want to make sure you attend every class you paid for!

Your "start date" would be the date you purchase your first class pass. Or, in the case of non-continuous enrollment, the date you purchase the next class pass.

We offer discounts for members who would like to purchase class passes for an extended period of time.

Conditions:

A 4-class pass expires within 30 days of purchase.
An 8-class pass expires within 30 days of purchase
A 12-class pass expires within 45 days of purchase.

Pre-paid classes which are not used by the expiration date will expire and will need to be re-purchased for the following month if you intend to continue membership.

F-15 Private Group

When you sign up for the F-15 Private Group, you must specifically designate which 2 (or 3) days you will attend each week and pre-pay for your upcoming month's attendance. Your "start date" would be the date you purchase your first class membership. When the month expires, you will be required to purchase another month of membership if you would like to continue working out at the F-15 Training Center. At your first class you will be given a member key tag that you will need to scan before each class. We want to make sure you attend every class you paid for!

We offer discounts for members who sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.

Pro/Amateur Fighters Group

Our Pro/Amateur Fighters Group runs month to month. As a paying member, you will have full access to the gym and equipment from 8 to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday. Your start date begins on the day you purchase your first month of membership. At the end of that period, you will be required to re-enroll for the following month. We offer discounts for members who sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.

For more information on the Pro/Amateur Fighter's Group, click here.

Legal Holidays

If there is a legal holiday and the gym is closed, you are not charged for that class with the exception of the Pro/Am Fighters monthly membership which is a flat monthly fee.

We also offer you the convenience of updating your membership and account profile by using our free individual or family online portal. You will receive full details and password access after joining.

Make-Up Classes (pertains to F-15 Private Group classes only)

Missed classes may be made up as long as you are currently enrolled in our programs. All Make-Up classes must be scheduled in advance online. To avoid over-crowding, please do not "drop in" to make up a class. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes.

Your Free Trial Class

If you would like to schedule a FREE Trial Class, we ask that you schedule it either online or through our office by calling 1-617-269-4641. A Registration/Waiver form must be completed before participation in your trial class begins.

Money Matters

Payment

To guarantee your space in our Fighter Conditioning classes, F-15 Private Group classes or Pro/Am Fighter's Group, payment in full is due when you join and then on a monthly basis. You will be notified and invoiced via email when your class pass or monthly membership is about to expire. If you reserve a specific space, in advance, online for our "drop-in" Fighter Conditioning" program and do not show up, the class is deducted from your class pass. The F-15 Training Center offers special discounts for 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month class passes and memberships. You can change or upgrade your monthly class pass, membership options or payment methods by simply logging on to your personal online portal to manage your account safely and confidentially. You will receive full details and password access after joining.

We require a credit card number at the time of enrollment or a voided check if you prefer to use EFT (electronic funds transfer). You do have the option of automatic payment or paying your balance in person/via mail within 5 days of the due date. If payment is not made within 5 days, your credit card or EFT option will automatically be charged.

If you do NOT plan to continue with your class membership, please send us an email no later than 5 days prior to the end of your monthly membership to (info@F-15Training.com) with Class Opt-Out in subject line or call us at 617-269-4641.

In order to preserve the integrity of each individual class size and to accommodate waiting lists, we reserve the right to fill your monthly space if payment has not been received within 5 days of your due date.
